The device, in the form of a pen, pre-records voice information on special tags, and when the marker is brought to them, the recording is played back with sound. This is a domestic development, tried and tested, and the more of these there are, the more people with vision problems will be able to exercise their right and vote,” explained Nina Faustova, chairman of the Sevastopol City Election Commission.
Also, members of the city election commission determined the composition of the group monitoring the use of the GAS “Elections” during the elections of the President of Russia, scheduled for March 17, 2024.
