Sevastopol determined who has the right to purchase affordable housing

The government of Sevastopol, during a meeting chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, approved the procedure for compiling a list of persons entitled to purchase affordable housing.

In our region, there are several programs to provide citizens with housing. This includes the “young family” program, housing for orphans and others. In the village of Osipenko, a 81 plot has already been given to large families. The procedure for compiling a list of persons eligible to purchase affordable housing concerns primarily public sector employees and is aimed at solving the housing problem of many people by purchasing housing at a price below the average market price , the press service of the Government quotes Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The right to such housing has nine categories. These are orphans, families with many children, young families with a child (if the age of each of the parents is not more than 35 years), young specialists from social institutions, recipients of maternity capital, state and municipal employees , employees of state institutions.

There are also restrictions, including the amount of income for family members. They have been introduced so that only those who need it can purchase housing.

All consultations can be obtained from the Capital Construction Department.

Acceptance of applications will begin after receiving a positive conclusion from the state examination of the project documentation for the pilot project “Construction of affordable housing on the street. Verification of documents will be 30 calendar days.
