On June 29, 2024, at the 7th meeting, the Sevastopol City Election Commission (SEC) unanimously decided to certify the city list of 24 candidates for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol of the third convocation, nominated by the Sevastopol city branch of the LDPR Political Party — the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. The decision was made based on the results of checking previously submitted documents.
An authorized representative of this electoral association on financial issues is also registered. In addition, the electoral association Sevastopol city branch of the Political Party LDPR — Liberal Democratic Party of Russia was given permission to open a special electoral account.
The members of the Sevastopol City Electoral Commission approved the Procedure for conducting the draw to determine the results of the elections of a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol in a single-mandate electoral district with an equal number of votes received by candidates.
The meeting adopted amendments to the SGIK resolution of May 30, 2019 No. 3/25-2 «On the procedure for opening, maintaining and closing special electoral accounts for the formation of electoral funds of candidates, electoral associations that nominated city lists of candidates during elections of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol» and considered other agenda items.
