Sevastopol employers submitted more than 250 applications for targeted training

CrimeaPRESS reports:

More than 250 applications for targeted training were submitted by Sevastopol employers through the portal «Work of Russia». According to the portal, 98% of applications for targeted training were approved, including offers for 13% of students at the training stage, as well as under the quota — 82.5%. The number of applications without taking into account the quota is 4.5%.

All offers for targeted training were posted by training customers on the unified digital platform «Work of Russia». Employment service specialists checked these offers and gave recommendations on how to improve them so that they would be of interest to applicants. Most applications were submitted by educational institutions — 42%, healthcare — 25%, as well as commercial organizations — 9.3%. — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the deputy head of the department for providing employment services to employers, Tatyana Barinova.

Targeted training is carried out on the basis of an agreement between an applicant or student and a legal entity acting as a customer. Thanks to this approach, young people have a guarantee of employment after graduation, and employers have the opportunity to form a promising personnel reserve.

Let us recall that in 2024, for the first time, admission to targeted training was organized using the unified digital platform «Work of Russia». This service allows employers to submit applications for admission of students to targeted training, and applicants to view all available offers in any region of the country.
