In 2024, the work center «Work of Russia» provided more than 4.3 thousand career guidance services. Of these, 1.9 thousand are students of schools and colleges, and 2.4 thousand are unemployed, pensioners, people with disabilities, citizens of pre -retirement age and those who decided to resume labor activities after a long break.
The employment service actively interacts with employers, educational institutions and social organizations of the city in order to create comfortable conditions for professional self -determination and career growth. The center’s specialists conduct trainings, career guidance lessons and excursions so that everyone can find their own business and confidently move to professional purposes.
Events are held both in the center and in the outbound format, including schools, colleges and city enterprises. For adults in 2024, over 60 seminars and trainings were organized, which helped participants get practical skills and confidence in the path to employment.
Particular attention is paid to working with youth. Specialists of the Center conducted more than 40 lessons and excursions for schoolchildren and students, including events in remote areas of the city. Such classes help the guys better understand their interests and abilities, as well as get acquainted with real professions.
Last year, we managed to implement several new projects, such as “Medicine — my vocation”, where schoolchildren got acquainted with the work of doctors and nurses in city hospitals. For younger students, we launched the “Day of Professions” project, which in a playful way helps the guys learn more about the work of their parents. These projects have proven their significance, and we plan their continuation this year,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as the head of the career guidance and professional training department of citizens Irina Revlitskaya.
In 2025, in the framework of the new national project «Personnel», the employment service plans to provide at least 4 thousand career guidance services.
Recall that career guidance services are available to all Russian citizens, as well as foreign citizens and stateless persons. You can submit an application personally in the personnel center or through Portal «Work of Russia». In addition, testing to determine professional preferences can be passed without a preliminary statement.
