Sevastopol enhances control over the activities of guides

Tourism Management continues the planned work to control the activities of guides. This is necessary for high -quality and safe service of tourists. Inspections are carried out in all areas of the city.

Tourism management inspectors conducted an exit check in the central part of Sevastopol. They revealed one violation of mandatory requirements in the field of the tourism industry: the guide accompanied the group, having a badge not confirming certification in Sevastopol. The order was issued to eliminate the identified violations.

From March 1, 2025, the tourism department has already been conducted, during which various inconsistencies were identified and eliminated by the requirements of federal legislation. In particular, in July, one of the guides executed the previously issued order, successfully completing certification and received the right to work in Sevastopol.

Tourism management recalls that guides who want to receive certification in a separate municipal district should have time to pass certification tests until September 1. Nearest tests in Sevastopol are scheduled for August 15.
