Applications are now open for the regional round of the Best Mentoring Practices competition. Both enterprises that already participate in the national project “Labor Productivity” and those who have not yet joined it can apply.
The mentoring system is a great opportunity for new employees to immerse themselves in all processes in the enterprise. Thus, novice workers not only gain knowledge from more experienced colleagues, but also quickly master the practice. Building an effective personnel training system at an enterprise is a rather laborious process that takes a lot of time. Therefore, mentoring practices that will become winners of the competition can serve as an excellent example for others.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of economic development Denis Profatilov.
In 2023, the competition will be held in five categories. Enterprises that are participants in the national project «Labor Productivity» can apply in the nominations «Breakthrough Technologies for Increasing Labor Productivity», «Professional Development of Youth», «Digital Innovations at the Enterprise». For participants who have not joined the national project, two nominations are available: “Best practices of mentoring to increase labor productivity” and “Mentoring in the social sphere”.
To participate in the competition, no later than June 20, 2023, you must submit an application in the prescribed form and consent to the processing of personal data (for each mentor) to the Department of Economic Development of Sevastopol on paper at the address: 299011, Sevastopol, st. Bolshaya Morskaya, 1, room. 61, as well as in electronic form in PDF format to the email address: sevuprprom@sev.gov.ru.

The applications of the participants will be evaluated by an expert council of representatives of the executive authorities of Sevastopol, educational institutions of higher education, professional educational organizations, public organizations of the city. The results of the competition will be summed up by July 31, 2023.
