Sevastopol entrepreneurs completed the advanced training course “Strategic Management”

The Sevastopol “My Business” center organized an advanced training course “Strategic Management” for city entrepreneurs as part of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises.”

The training program included:

• consideration of the main strategies of managerial behavior in a changing market;
• analysis of the market situation;
• basics of management of the company’s main areas of activity: design, production processes, marketing;
• goal setting and planning.

Strategic management is a core competency of modern business. A refresher course in this area is an excellent opportunity to learn new techniques and strategies that will help improve business management and bring it to a new level of development.,” notes Natalia Borisova, director of the “My Business” center.

20 entrepreneurs registered in Sevastopol took the advanced training course “Strategic Management”. All of them received certificates of advanced training.

Participants noted the high quality of the provision of material, organization of classes and individual approach to each listener. The practical approach based on work cases was especially noted.
