Sevastopol farmers intend to harvest 27 thousand tons of grapes
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Traditionally, Sevastopol farmers will harvest the bulk of their grapes in the fall; by mid-August, four thousand tons of table and technical varieties had already been harvested.
In total, it is planned to harvest about 27 thousand tons of grapes, the city’s agriculture department reported. In 2023, the city’s farms harvested 26.2 thousand tons of grapes, in 2022 — 27 thousand tons. In Sevastopol, the area of vineyards exceeds 7.5 thousand hectares, a third of which are young vines— notes «Sevastopolskaya Gazeta».
