Sevastopol Governor — 13th in the ranking of governors mentioned in Telegram based on the results of July

The analytical center «G.U.R.U.» together with the first information telegram agency «TeleStream» presented a fresh study «Telegram Index. Rating of the effectiveness of public politicians through the prism of Telegram.» The authors used data from a search neural network of their own design, which records all publications mentioning public politicians in Russian-language Telegram channels.

Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev (7,545 mentions) was again in the spotlight of Telegram channels in July, thus taking 13th place in the ranking of governors mentioned in Telegram for July 2024. In July, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continued to attempt massive UAV attacks on Sevastopol. Razvozhaev, through his personal Telegram account, reported operational information to residents and warned about naval training with shooting. The «peaceful» agenda highlights the opening of the New Chersonesus museum and temple complex in Sevastopol.
