Sevastopol: How to issue a pass for travel to the area of May 1

From today, only public transport, special services, owners of small vessels, as well as residents — residents of the streets on May 9, the Bashen, Kirov, Kirov, Kalich, Kuprin and Nazukin’s embankment, have been allowed to the square of May 1.

You can get a resident’s pass at the checkpoint in PJSC Mostotrest at the addresses of: Kalich Street, 18 and Novikova street, 1 must provide a passport with a residence permit, an agreement on hiring a premises or another document that confirms a person’s living in the restrictions.

State bodies — this is the Investigative Committee, the tax service, the police, the court, the special services — enter the certificates. Other state institutions, such as a kindergarten, the Palace of Culture, the House of Children’s Creativity — draw up gaps in the administration of the Balaklava municipal district. The owners of small vessels are drawn up in the State Unitary Enterprise «Development of Balaklava» with whom they have concluded contracts,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as Deputy Head of Balaklava VMO Yulia Lipovko.

Julia Lipovko emphasized that those who previously received a pass for traveling to the barrier along Kalich Street, 18 may not draw up documents.

Recall that in Balaklava, changes in the organization of traffic came into force. At the entrance to the square on May 1, traffic controllers are on duty. These are representatives of the Soyuzdontstroy contracting organization. Representatives of the Department of Transport, the Directorate, as well as the Sevastopol Avtodor, also provide their assistance.

The rest of the motorists can leave their transport in an intercepting parking lot on Stroytnaya Street. From there you can get to the embankment by bus No. 27 and 32-e. The last route was launched at the time of restrictions to strengthen passenger transportation,-recalled the director of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure Stanislav Tamataev.
