Sevastopol initiated additional regional payments to veterans in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory

At the hardware meeting, the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozozhaev decided on additional one-time regional payments in Sevastopol in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. In addition, the governor instructed to bring all regional payments during March.

In addition to federal payments, the decision was made by President Vladimir Putin, the following regional payments are introduced in Sevastopol:

  • Disabled and participants in the Great Patriotic War in addition to 80 thousand will receive 200 thousand rubles.
  • Residents of the besieged Leningrad, residents of the besieged Sevastopol and Stalingrad, former minor prisoners (including those recognized by people with disabilities) will receive 50 thousand rubles from the Sevastopol budget in addition to the federal payment.

Also, they also decided to pay the rear workers and members of the families of the dead (deceased) disabled people, participants in the Second World War — 20 thousand rubles each, and the children of the war — 5 thousand rubles each.

The governor instructed to ensure the operational execution of all the necessary documents and start payments from March 1.

The task is to start payments no later than March 1 and complete them during March. Federal payments will probably be received later, but the regional must be made in March in full, — emphasizes Mikhail Razvozhaev.
