Sevastopol intends to preserve another object of cultural heritage

Roof repair began in January 2025 after the conclusion of the contract by a contractor certified by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The total area of ​​the roof is more than 900 square meters. Experts perform a full range of recovery measures: partially change the rafter system, arrange a new waterproofing and roofing, replace the auditory windows and the drainage system, repair the attic, install transitional bridges, stairs and fences. In this case, materials and technologies are used, as close as possible to the original.

The customer of the work is the Fund for Assistance to Capital Repair. Each such object is assigned an engineer of the construction control service.

We check the work, materials, photographs are underway, the qualifications of the contractors are controlled, including the presence of tolerances from the Ministry of Culture. About 40-45% of the work was performed at this facility, including a partial replacement of wooden elements and the device of the folding coating. It is planned to complete the work at this facility until the end of 2025, ”the leading engineer of the construction control of the FSKR Sevastopol Alexander Dyakov told about the course of the repair.

Recall that in Sevastopol this year is planned overhaul of roofs at 10 cultural heritage sites. For two houses, work is completed, at the rest — in different stages of readiness.
