Sevastopol investigators are checking information about restrictions on the admission of a young man with cerebral palsy to the gym

At the direction of the head of the Main Investigation Department for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Vladimir Terentyev, an immediate check was organized on information about violations of the rights of a young person with disabilities to an accessible environment.
On his page on the social network VKontakte, a 20-year-old resident of Sevastopol, who has a congenital diagnosis of cerebral palsy, reported that when trying to visit the gym, an employee of the said institution asked to leave the premises, explaining that this special young man would disturb others.
V.N. Terentyev instructed the Sevastopol division, as part of the procedural check, to carefully study the information presented, establishing all the circumstances, give a full assessment of the actions of the gym employee, and also generally check the activities of the establishment for the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of citizens (Article 238 of the Criminal Code RF)— reported the Investigative Committee.
