Sevastopol is approaching the heating season. Authorities assure: 98% of infrastructure is ready for cold weather

Preparations for the heating season continue in Sevastopol. Evgeniy Gorlov, Director of the Municipal Economy Department, spoke live on the official Government group on the VKontakte social network about what work is being done and what citizens should do if heat does not enter their homes at the beginning of the season.

When the heating season begins, it takes time to bring heat to all houses. Someone changed the radiator batteries, someone did not change it on the contrary, and someone made a system depressurization — all this needs to be pushed through, bleed off the air. I have a big request: if there is no heat, contact the management company, leave a request. They will include this in the plan and will definitely come and fix the problem , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the official.

The head of the department added that last year, in most of these cases, residents did not even submit an application to the management company. Specialists learned about problems from the media or citizens’ appeals on social networks.

According to Yevgeny Gorlov, 98% of the city’s infrastructure is ready for the heating season. The work is carried out in cooperation with management companies and utilities. Also, together with the Department of Transportation, specialists from the Department of Municipal Economy inspected the equipment, replaced tires, and carried out scheduled repairs of equipment equipment.

Live also talked about the overhaul of apartment buildings. The program for this year is already half completed, in total it includes 116 houses. The head of the relevant department stressed that all work would be completed on time.

During the live broadcast, residents asked if it was possible to reschedule the overhaul. “This requires the decision of the meeting of the owners of the premises. This protocol decision is sent to the overhaul fund. The current commission makes a decision: the depreciation of the building, its condition is determined. In accordance with this, the deadlines may be postponed, ”said Yevgeny Gorlov.

In addition, the director of the department spoke about the progress of work on asphalting intra-yard roads and sidewalks.

Comprehensive work is underway: plots — road network and 49 plots — yard areas. Along Khryukin Street, there were appeals from residents about the state of the territory.
