On behalf of the Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, the city is actively preparing for the heating season. Evgeny Gorlov, Director of the Department of Municipal Economy, spoke about the progress of work today. He examined the objects of heat supply and housing stock.
The city is now in the active phase of preparation for the heating season 2022-2023 of the year. Let me remind you that a commission works weekly under the Department of Municipal Economy, which considers reports and reports of responsible organizations. In addition to institutions providing public services to the population, social infrastructure is also being prepared — education, healthcare, and sports facilities. To date, the readiness of such facilities is %. We continue to work with management companies, including private ones, in terms of preparing multi-apartment residential buildings. 2 619 apartment buildings are connected to centralized heating. Management companies are already completing flushing and hydraulic testing of heating systems in homes. The work is carried out in accordance with the schedules approved and agreed by the Sevteploenergo enterprise.
Evgeny Gorlov also drew attention to the fact that within the framework of the regional program of capital repairs in 150 apartment buildings, work was done on internal engineering heating systems. Also, in 115 houses, automatic heat energy metering units are installed — these devices automatically regulate the temperature of the coolant before being supplied to the premises.
The director of the department noted that special attention is paid to social infrastructure — education and healthcare facilities. Preparations are underway for backup sources of power supply, fuel reserves, and work is being carried out with organizations servicing in-house gas networks, with public utilities in terms of power supply — for the safe and proper operation of equipment. Work is also underway with emergency dispatch services.
We create non-standard situations that allow us to check the work of utilities. We have signed an agreement between all utility services, which allows us to simultaneously and quickly resolve emergencies that may arise during the heating season and worsening weather conditions,” added the head of the department.
According to Dmitry Gorbunov, director of Sevteploenergo, the readiness of heat supply facilities for the heating season at the moment is 88,5%.
In the repair campaign 2022 of the year, Sevteploenergo repaired and serviced all 284 km of heating networks. During hydraulic testing, a defect 284 was revealed, which have all been eliminated to date. In those places where it was required, thermal insulation was replaced, dilapidated networks were replaced. Also, work was carried out to repair the main and auxiliary technological equipment , says Dmitry Gorbunov.
As a reminder, the start of the heating season depends on weather conditions — if the average daily air temperature remains below 8 degrees Celsius for five days, a decision is made to start heating.
