Sevastopol is preparing for the next heating season

In Sevastopol, the housing and utilities complex and social facilities are being prepared for the heating season. 2,618 apartment buildings are connected to the centralized heating system in the city, 2,260 of which are managed by management companies subordinate to the Department of Urban Economy. Currently, management companies are flushing the systems in the buildings and conducting hydraulic tests.

Our management company has 163 apartment buildings with central heating. They have been flushed and hydraulically tested. During the preparation, repair work was carried out on the roof covering and central heating systems, faults detected during hydraulic tests were eliminated, repair work was carried out on the cold water supply systems, entrances were glazed where necessary, and filling material was also prepared.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the general director of the management company «Gagarinsky District — 1» Nikita Dzhemel.

In preparation for the heating season, 77% of current repairs to roofs, 87% to central heating systems, and 79% to cold water supply systems have already been completed in the housing stock.
