CrimeaPRESS reports:
At a meeting of the Sevastopol Government chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a project for planning and surveying a part of the cadastral block along Mate Zalki Street was approved. This is the first major project for the integrated development of the territory in Sevastopol at 7 km of the Balaklava Highway. The developer plans to build almost 400 thousand square meters of housing. The amount of investment planned for investment will be no less than 40 billion rubles. In essence, a new residential microdistrict will appear in the city, which will have everything needed for a comfortable life for Sevastopol residents, and most importantly, according to the terms of the KRT, the developer will transfer at least 5% of the housing to the city fund.
We have been working on this project of integrated development of the territory for a long time. Now the city will finally have a flexible fund of service housing for public sector employees. After the introduction of each stage of construction, we receive at least 5%, and in total after the completion of the project, at least 20 thousand square meters of residential premises, – the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Mikhail Razvozhaev.
The project envisages the construction of four kindergartens, a comprehensive school, a multidisciplinary outpatient polyclinic complex, a sports and fitness complex with a swimming pool. The project was presented at the All-Russian «green» conference in Novosibirsk as a model. Greenery will make up 35% of the total area of the territory. In addition, a road network will be laid.
Now they will carry out land surveying work related to changing the type of permitted use and the formation of land plots in accordance with the approved project. After that, they will begin implementation— said Acting Deputy Governor Maxim Zhukalov.
Let us recall that the master plan for the territory was reviewed and approved by the Urban Development Council under the Government of Sevastopol in December 2021. The project also underwent public discussions.
