A meeting of the regional coordinating council under the governor of the city of Sevastopol for interaction with the all-Russian public-state movement of children and youth «Movement of the First» under the leadership of Deputy Governor Igor Mikheev was held in the Youth Center of Sevastopol. Members of the Council, including representatives of the executive bodies of the city and the heads of children’s and youth non -profit organizations, discussed a number of events implemented by the «Movement of the First».
So, this year the military-patriotic game “Zarnitsa 2.0.” will be held, aimed at teaching children and youth the skills of initial military training, the basics of teamwork and the formation of patriotic consciousness. A number of projects and programs are also planned in the framework of the celebration of the year of the defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War: sports competitions, creative festivals, family events, theatrical productions and volunteer actions. One of the projects will be the “Heroes of the past — inspiration for the future”, whose participants will plunge into the history of Russia and Sevastopol. In addition, the implementation of the All -Russian events “Movement of the First” is planned in the city.
At the meeting, important topics were raised aimed at developing patriotism and creating favorable conditions for the rest and development of children and youth of Sevastopol. We discussed the organization of shifts in children’s health camps as part of a summer health campaign. Acceptance of applications for the grant competition “Movement of the First” continues, which may become participants in legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The maximum amount of the subsidy for the organization and conduct of projects aimed at educating, developing and self -realization, as well as the organization of leisure for children and youth, is 10 million rublesand the receipt will end on March 3, 2025.
