Sevastopol notaries continue to work to provide free legal assistance to village residents
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On October 12, the local administration of the Andreevsky Municipal District of the city of Sevastopol hosted an on-site event to provide free legal assistance. The consultation was carried out in accordance with the cooperation plan with the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland”. The reception of citizens on this day was conducted by the notary of the city of Sevastopol, Maria Shankova, and the head of the department of administrative and legal work of the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects of the city of Sevastopol, Alexey Tarakanov.
All villagers who applied for qualified legal assistance received extensive consultations on issues of interest and recommendations regarding their further actions.
On issues related to notarial activities, 5 people asked for help that day; on issues of protection of cultural heritage sites — 2 people.
Two weeks earlier, on September 28, a similar event was held in the administration of the Verkhnesadovsky municipal district of the city of Sevastopol. In the village of Verkhnesadovoe, the reception was hosted by the notary of the city of Sevastopol, Liliya Kom, and a representative of the Department of Industrial Safety, Electric Power and Safety of Hydraulic Structures of the city of Sevastopol.
The practice of conducting on-site events shows that the population of villages always has enough questions regarding notarial activities. Some of the most frequently asked questions are:
- the necessary and sufficient range of powers that should be granted under a power of attorney, types of powers of attorney and their validity period;
- how to call a notary to your home;
- gift agreements;
- issues related to the sale or donation of a share in a residential building and land;
- how to remove the encumbrance after repaying a bank loan;
- marriage contract — why it is needed and what conditions can be included in it.
