Today, the notary of the city of Sevastopol Maxim Yurchenko held an online lecture on the topic: “Marriage contract. Division of property of spouses. Contracts between spouses. Marital and personal property.
The speech was held within the framework of the project of the Department of Education and Science of Sevastopol, aimed at increasing the legal literacy and legal responsibility of adolescents and youth, as well as their parents (legal representatives). We would like to note that this is the second broadcast within the framework of the mentioned project. The first online lecture was held on August 17 by the notary Olga Kalenkovich on the topic: “Non-Childish Issues: Registration of Transactions with the Participation of Minors”— noted in the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol.
Lectures were recorded using the material and technical base of the Sevastopol State University.
