Sevastopol notaries were trained in the design of machine-readable powers of attorney

The Federal Notarial Chamber put into operation a service for issuing a notarized machine-readable power of attorney in electronic form, developed by the Center for Innovation and Innovative Technologies Foundation.
The new service was created in pursuance of the requirements of the provisions of Articles 17.2, 17.3 of the Federal Law of 04/06/2011 No. 63-FZ «On Electronic Signature» on the transition to the use of machine-readable powers of attorney in the case of using a qualified electronic signature when participating in legal relations of business entities (legal entities, small business entities). and medium enterprises).
Such powers of attorney will be issued in electronic form in a machine-readable form in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The form of the machine-readable power of attorney is stored in «.xml» formatis registered and stored in the database of the Federal Tax Service.
Today all notaries could listen to the program of the training seminar on working with the new service. It is important to note that all notaries of our city were equipped in advance by the notary chamber with special tablets for affixing a person’s signature on an electronic document. Therefore, we are ready to perform a new type of notarial act from tomorrow.
