Sevastopol, November 29: results of the meeting of the operational headquarters for eliminating the consequences of bad weather

Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev held a meeting of the operational headquarters. To date, the situation in Sevastopol is as follows:
According to Sevastopolenergo, 25 emergency shutdowns occurred this night due to rain and stormy winds. Currently, specialists are working on 94 applications. There are 618 houses without electricity. Due to the increase in the number of incoming applications, Sevastopolenergo has introduced an additional telephone number: +7 (8692) 57-45-40, and the number of call center operators has been increased: 8 (800) 733-33-10. 9 requests for gas supply were received, all were processed, the gas service is operating as normal— note the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.
All work on urban drainage has been completed. In total, 1,134 storm grates, 338 linear meters of trays and 23 stormwater wells were cleaned, and 24 cubic meters of storm drains were pumped out to 58 addresses.
In total, since the beginning of the storm, 220 requests for fallen trees have been received, 79 have been processed, and work continues.
There are currently 62 emergency teams working to eliminate the consequences of the storm—that’s 184 people and 68 pieces of equipment. In addition, work is underway to sanitize the city, involving 280 people. Utilities are working as quickly as possible.
