CrimeaPRESS reports:
On June 15, within the framework of the XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a ceremony was held to sign an agreement between the Government of Sevastopol and the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia on trade, economic, scientific, technical, social and cultural cooperation. From the side of Sevastopol, the document was signed by Mikhail Razvozhaev, from the side of the Republic of Kalmykia — by Batu Khasikov.
Bilateral interaction will be carried out primarily in the supply of the necessary types of products, the development of joint projects and programs aimed at developing economic and innovative potential. We will continue our work in the areas of investment and innovation and work out possible business missions— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.
The first exchange of experience on the implementation of the investment standard with colleagues from the Republic of Kalmykia took place already this year. This standard is being implemented throughout Russia. It will allow attracting new investments to the region, unleashing its potential, as well as creating a single transparent algorithm for working with investors.
This agreement opens up new opportunities for developing the economy, improving the welfare of the population and expanding cultural ties. We are confident that this agreement will help expand the scope of cooperation and establish new business ties between the two regions in the future.— says the head of the Republic of Kalmykia, Batu Khasikov.
Joint cooperation will help increase the share of domestic efficient technologies, equipment, systems and materials, software products used at the facilities of large enterprises and in the implementation of the state policy of import substitution.
As part of the agreement, the transfer of rights to the information system “interaction between business and government”, which has been introduced in Sevastopol and through which grants and subsidies are remotely issued to entrepreneurs from 2020, is being worked out.
