Sevastopol: on November 17, reverse traffic will be introduced on Admiral Oktyabrsky Street for a day

To conduct additional geological surveys as part of the restoration of the retaining wall on Admiral Oktyabrsky Street, a temporary traffic restriction will be introduced for one day on November 17. For this purpose, on Sunday November 17, one lane will be closed and reverse traffic will be organized with regulation.

Reversible traffic with regulation means that traffic on a section of road is organized in such a way that it alternately opens in one direction and then in the other, – the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of transport and development of road transport infrastructure Stanislav Tamataev.

On this section of the road, traffic controllers will regulate traffic in opposite directions.

As an alternative, it is possible to travel to the city center along 5th Bastionnaya Street — Lev Tolstoy, as well as along Chastnik Street — 6th Bastionnaya Street.

Construction and installation work will begin early next year.
