Sevastopol: on the organization of the movement for the duration of the VII International Festival of Opera and Ballet «Khersonesos»

When holding mass cultural events within the framework of the VII International Festival of Opera and Ballet «Chersonese», the movement of vehicles will be temporarily restricted, with the exception of public transport, vehicles of operational and emergency services of the city, vehicles involved in providing the event, vehicles belonging to persons living in the zone of restrictions introduced.

The measures will be in effect on July 26-27, from August 1 to August 4, August 9, 10, 12, 13 on the section of Eroshenko Street from house No. 6 to Dmitry Ulyanov Street. In the event of a complication of the road situation, a restriction will be introduced on stopping and parking vehicles on Eroshenko Street.

The operation time of public transport routes No. 22 and No. 10 will also be extended — until 23:00 on July 26-27, until 01:00 — from August 2 to 5, until 24:00 — on August 9, 10, 12, 13. The time of operation of the intracity route of public sea passenger transport «Grafskaya Pristan — Severnaya» is also extended until 24:00 — July 26-27, until 02:00 — from August 2 to 5, until 01:00 — August 10, 11, 13, 14.

In addition, additional free vehicles will be organized — four shuttles from the parking lot of the sports and recreation complex named after the 200th anniversary of Sevastopol to Drevnaya Street, 1 and in the opposite direction. Shuttle schedule: from 18:00 to 23:00 on July 26-27, from 18:30 — from August 1 to 4 until 01:00 the next day, from 19:00 to 24:00 — on August 9, 10, 12, 13.

Also, for the duration of the event, in places of temporary restriction of the movement of vehicles, duty of tow trucks, including trucks, will be organized.

The Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development urges that this information be taken into account when planning a route.
