In 2024, the work center «Work of Russia» employed 668 residents of the city. This is 60% of the total number of citizens who turned to assistance in the search for work last year.
Women found work in various fields — from finance and trade to production and management. Most often, they were arranged for the positions of an accountant, administrator, seller-cashier, operator of the boiler room and specialist of state structures.
The most active group were women aged 35–49 years — every second of them was employed. Among the most popular employers among residents of the city are heat supply enterprises, industrial companies and retail chains.
Some chose an independent path — seven women registered as self -employed.
Most of them are also at the age of 35–49, when the gained labor experience allow you to start their own business.
Recall that last year the Sevastopol Employment Center was modernized thanks to the national project «Demography». Work on achieving the goals set by the National Project «Demography» in the field of employment will continue as part of the new national project «Personnel».
