Fraudsters often create false ads with attractive conditions using photos from other sources. Particular alertness should cause proposals with a low cost. Before concluding a transaction, it is recommended to compare the prices of similar housing in the area. When concluding a lease agreement, it is necessary to carefully study all its conditions, including the terms, payment amount and data of the parties. It is strictly not recommended to transfer funds before signing the contract and receiving the keys. Fraudsters often ask for an advance payment through electronic wallets or transfer to a card, after which they disappear,-noted in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.
