Sevastopol police warn: scammers kidnap money under the pretext of receiving public services

A 25-year-old local resident turned to the police, who reported that he had become a victim of distance fraudsters. He said that he found on one of the Internet sites a private announcement of assistance in the registration of vehicles for registration records.

Having mistakenly considering that in this way he will be able to save time and register registration without personal participation, the man contacted the author of the announcement and transferred him 19 thousand rubles for upcoming services. He later realized that he was a victim of deception and turned to the police with a statement.
