Sevastopol: polling stations approved for voting by citizens without residence registration

The Sevastopol City Electoral Commission has determined the addresses of polling stations where Russian citizens who are not registered at their place of residence will be able to vote.
In the elections of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol of the third convocation, voters who do not have registration at their place of residence within the Russian Federation, but reside in the city of Sevastopol, may vote:
- at site No. 3 (Balaklava district, Novikova street, 12, State Budgetary Institution “Sevastopol Choreographic Center “Radost”);
- at site No. 52 (Gagarinsky district, Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii ave., 8);
- at site No. 110 (Leninsky district, General Ostryakov Avenue, 70, Moscow cinema);
- at site No. 145 (Nakhimovsky district, Vokzalnaya street, 10, MFC).
Citizens of this category may come to any of the specified polling stations on voting days with a passport that does not contain registration at the place of residence within the Russian Federation and a document confirming residence in the city of Sevastopol, write an application to the precinct election commission (PEC) and vote. The fact of this expression of will will be recorded by the members of the PEC.
