Sevastopol projects won the International NOPRIZ competition for the best project — 2023

On April 25, 2024, an award ceremony for the winners of the International professional competition NOPRIZ for the best project — 2023 took place in Moscow at the Radisson Slavyanskaya hotel.

In the nomination “Best project of multi-apartment and single-family residential buildings”, a competition commission chaired by the President of NOPRIZ, Actual State Councilor of the Russian Federation I class, architect Anvara Shamuzafarova awarded first place to the project “Construction of an apartment building with built-in and attached premises”, presented by Architectural Workshop “Renovatsiya” LLC. Second place was awarded to the “Legend Residential Complex” project, presented by Archigrad Project LLC.

This year, the NOPRIZ competition program includes 6 nominations, in which leading industry universities, scientific and professional design, survey and construction organizations, their associations, representatives of the general public and the creative intelligentsia of Russia and foreign countries took part. The competition organizing committee received 1,412 projects, including 99 projects from foreign participants and 995 projects from undergraduate and graduate students from 77 Russian and 15 foreign specialized universities.
