Sevastopol: Regional maternal capital can be issued through the public services portal

Since the beginning of 2025, 610 families received regional uterus in Sevastopol, from the beginning of the project — 6 029. To submit an application, it is enough to have a confirmed account on the portal and fill out the electronic form by reference: https://gosuslugi.ru/600234/1

The period of service is 15 business days. A positive result is the decision on the right to regional maternal (family) capital.

State services work so that the assistance is fast, understandable and affordable — without unnecessary queues. Since the beginning of the year, 94% of applications have received electronically,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, director of the Digital Development Department Tatyana Chernousova.

Regional maternity capital is paid as part of the National Project «Family». The transfer to electronic form is made in the framework of the national project «Economics of Data and Digital Transformation of the State.»

In Sevastopol, the regional uterus is provided:

— on the second child born since 2019;

— on the third child, starting on January 1, 2019, — if the mother did not manage to use the payment for the second child as a result of his death;

— At the birth of the first child, starting on January 1, 2019, if the family already has an adopted child.
