Interest in the history of his native land by Vladislav was formed in his school years, which later grew into active search activities. In 2014, he created the Sokol search squad, which became part of the DOSAAF of Russia. The main areas of the work of the detachment are the search and reburial of the remains of the fighters of the Great Patriotic War, the study of archival documents to establish the individuals of the dead, as well as the conduct of military-patriotic work among young people. The detachment regularly organizes the lessons of courage, exit exhibitions of the found artifacts, excursions in the museums of Sevastopol, including the DOSAAF Museum, which is overseeing the commander of the Sevastopol search squad Mikhail Novozhnyov. All found objects — personal items, documents, elements of form and equipment — are transferred to museum funds or are used in the formation of new expositions. Particular attention is paid to security issues: all the ammunition found by war of war are strictly taken into account and transmitted to specialists-saturations for further disposal-noted in the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.
