On the evening of February 7, residents of Balaklava contacted the Ministry of Emergency Situations and reported that a domestic goat could not get out of the hard-to-reach area on its own for several days.
The dispatcher quickly got her bearings: in order to provide assistance to an unusual victim in steep terrain, 5 employees of the Specialized Unit of the Sevastopol Emergency Department and 1 piece of equipment were sent to the scene.
To get to the animal, rescuers used special climbing equipment: descending on cables, they tied up and carefully transported the exhausted mountain conqueror to a safe place.
