The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the city of Sevastopol informs citizens affected by emergency situations about the possibility of receiving financial assistance and social support from the state if their essential property is lost, living conditions are disrupted, harm is caused to health, or one of the family members is killed.

You can apply for help through State Services, MFC, authorized body or local administration. The application can be submitted by citizens affected by emergencies of a federal, interregional, regional or intermunicipal nature. You can do this online using the information resource “State support in emergency situations”, posted on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services at https://www.gosuslugi.ru/mchs.
