Sevastopol residents are invited to take part in creating a logo for the International Exhibition “Russia” for their region

Regional voting begins today on the website of the International Exhibition and Forum «Russia» russia.ru. You can create your own version of the logo in the “Create Together” section. The first interim results of voting by region will be announced in two weeks. On the eve of the International Exhibition and Forum «Russia», the organizers decided to invite the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to choose their favorite combination of letters for the event logo. The regions will be able to use the most popular version of the combination of letters in the logo among their fellow countrymen in preparation for the exhibition.

Each region of our huge country is unique in its own way. Together they create a unique image of Russia, uniting many peoples, cultures, traditions and achievements. And now every Russian can reflect the identity and cultural code of his native region by creating a unique “Russia” logo for his region, — The press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the general director of the ANO “Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements “Russia” Natalya Virtuozova.

The Russia Exhibition logo is dynamic and suggests the possibility of using combinations of letters in different fonts. The concept of the corporate identity takes into account six historical periods of Russia: the reign of Prince Vladimir, the Grand Duchy, the Russian Kingdom, the Russian Empire, the USSR and the Russian Federation. The evolution of font forms reflects the development of a country’s culture.

At the beginning of November, the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” opens in Moscow, where the country’s latest achievements in various industries will be presented, as well as the progress of projects aimed at the development of Russian regions.
