Sevastopol residents can become a volunteer or appeal an erroneous decision on mobilization at the State Services
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Two new services for partial mobilization have been launched on the public services portal. With the help of one of them, you can sign up as a volunteer, the other — to appeal the erroneous decision on mobilization.
The first service was created for those who have decided to voluntarily take part in a special military operation. Since the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia, more than 70 thousand requests on this topic have already been recorded on the public services portal. Now you can apply quickly by clicking on the «become a volunteer» banner. The service was launched this weekend in test mode, and more than two thousand applications from volunteers have already been submitted through it, the press service of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko quotes.
To sign up as a volunteer, you need to familiarize yourself with the form in which the selection criteria are indicated, then fill out the questionnaire and select the military registration and enlistment office, which will be convenient to contact, and then send the application. A notification with the date and time of visiting the military registration and enlistment office, as well as a list of required documents will come within two days.
The President also set the task of responding to every signal from citizens who were erroneously called up as part of partial mobilization. A specialized service for appealing against such decisions has been launched on the public services portal , the Deputy Prime Minister emphasizes.
So, if the summons came by mistake, you should choose the form of application: for yourself or a relative. After that, determine the basis for the postponement, confirm personal data, upload a photo or scan of the summons and fill in the data on the military ID. The last step will be to provide documents that confirm the reason for the postponement.
The portal of public services is being improved daily in accordance with the needs of citizens. Today we see a situation where the people of our country need a transparent tool for operational interaction with the state on issues of partial mobilization. In this regard, the Ministry of Digital Development promptly launched two services on the portal. This will allow citizens without visiting organizations and waiting in queues to submit relevant applications and get the result of their consideration , — says Alexander Osipov, Director of the Digital Development Department.
She added that in Sevastopol, compared to 2020 year in 2021, more than seven times more often citizens applied for public services in electronic form, including through the public services portal.
And we expect that at the end of the 2022 year, the dynamics will also be positive. This testifies to the convenience and relevance of the portal , — states the head of the department.
Recall that questions related to partial mobilization can also be asked in Telegram, where the @mob00_bot chat bot has been created for appeals from Sevastopol residents. In addition, a hotline 122 has been activated to resolve issues of partial mobilization throughout the Russian Federation. Calls are accepted daily from : 00 to 20: 00.
