Sevastopol residents joined the Russian national radio sports team
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Students of the “Sports Radio Direction Finding” association of the Sevastopol Young Technicians Station entered the Russian national radio sports team. This became possible thanks to the children’s victories at all-Russian competitions. The team includes 48 people, including five athletes from Sevastopol: Alisa Kolesova, Alexey Trofimov, Veronika Trofimova, Ksenia Tsuvareva, Alexey Odintsov (coaches: Anna and Svetlana Evstigneeva).
The training camp took place in Kislovodsk, at the Southern Federal Center for Sports Training. This is the leading training base for Russian national teams in various sports. The guys not only improved their sports skills in the highlands, but also underwent various types of testing to determine general physical performance and narrowly focused types of tests. For example, they tested heart rate variability, dynamometry, functional movement screening, vertical stability in a static position, and more. Thanks to the training camp, the guys prepared for further victories physically, psychologically and emotionally. We believe in our young athletes and wish them new victories at the next competitions! The next ones will be held in Simferopol this weekend,” say specialists from the Sevastopol Station for Young Technicians.
