Sevastopol residents left more than 1,300 online appeals to the authorities over the past week

During the week from June 10 to 16, Sevastopol residents left 1,348 comments on social networks and on the “State Services. Let’s decide together.» Most of all, city residents wrote about the consequences of bad weather, as well as about landscaping, roads and public transport. Employees of the Regional Management Center collected and analyzed requests:

• On the evening of June 14, heavy rain hit Sevastopol, damaging cars and roads, stairs and living quarters. According to Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, 78 special equipment vehicles and almost 500 people eliminated the consequences of the disaster. Among them are employees of the enterprises “Sevavtodor”, “Parks and squares”, “Sevastopolenergo”, “Vodokanal”, the rescue service of Sevastopol and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
• There were also comments with requests to clean up the garbage sites on Sovetskaya Street, opposite house No. 50, as well as on Khrustaleva Street, 39. Users of social networks reported that landfills of dry branches and other household waste had formed at these addresses. The administration of the Leninsky district took up the issue. Soon the garbage sites were cleared.
• In addition, citizens reported that several important road signs were missing on Shabalina Street: “Move in lanes” and “Turn right” above the right lane, and also after the intersection, above the oncoming lane, there was no “No Entry” sign indicating the lane. People asked to place the signs correctly to avoid controversial situations and accidents. Comments were sent to the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development. The signs have been restored.
