Sevastopol residents propose to create a series of patriotic comics «Heroes are nearby»
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Until May 21, the collection of ideas for the forum «Strong Ideas for the New Times» continues. Participants from different regions of the country have already sent more than 14,000 initiatives in six areas. Among them are Sevastopol residents.
One of the ideas of the inhabitants of the Hero City came from the Litkoms comic school — this is the creation of a series of patriotic comics «Heroes are nearby». Its main goal is to form in adolescents and young people a sense of patriotism, respect for the heroes of the special military operation, and to instill in the younger generation a love for the Motherland. In addition, the idea will involve young people in the creation of patriotic media content and assemble a team that will use comics to highlight important social topics.
The Ideas Forum is a unique platform. People who are not indifferent to the fate of Russia gather here. The idea of the Sevastopol comics school is one example of how important it is to pay attention to the problems of the current day. Today, even an adult can get confused in the information flow, not to mention teenagers and youth. The initiative to create a series of comics and convey the truth about the characters in a way that is interesting for children is something that deserves the attention of the whole country.— said Denis Profatilov, director of the Department of Economic Development of Sevastopol.
The Litkoms school has been operating in Sevastopol since 2021 on the basis of branch library No. 5. In it, children are introduced at a professional level to worthy examples of world and domestic comics literature, and they help to realize their own ideas. Social comics are also drawn at school — they allow even the youngest readers to talk about social problems with the help of universal images and plots.
Everyone on the platform can send their proposal to the forum «Strong ideas for a new time» idea.roscongress.rf.
