Sevastopol residents — schoolchildren, students and cadets — wrote letters to the participants of the special operation at the «Lesson of Courage»

Today, in all regions of the country, including in Sevastopol, the All-Russian campaign «Letter to a Soldier» has started as part of the «Lesson of Courage». It was attended by schoolchildren of the city, college students, pupils of pre-university educational organizations of the Russian Ministry of Defense, members of the Yunarmiya and cadets of the Avangard educational and methodological centers.
The action of the All-Russian Movement of Children and Youth “Kind Letters” for students of our gymnasium is not an abstract event, but a living connection between times and personal impressions. Among the graduates of the gymnasium are the internationalist warrior Andrey Rudenko, who died in Afghanistan in 1989, the captain of the 1st rank Vladimir Bagryantsev, who performed his military duty aboard the Kursk nuclear submarine during her last campaign in August
, participants in a special military operation. The guys wrote these letters, thinking about their fathers, brothers, acquaintances, performing military duty now. The action takes place in cooperation with military authorities, military commissariats, public military-patriotic and veteran associations.
In total, residents of Sevastopol have written about 2 500 letters to servicemen since the start of the special operation.
Recall that a set of measures aimed at supporting military personnel participating in a special operation is being implemented by the Russian Ministry of Defense together with the Ministry of Education.
