Sevastopol residents will be able to receive tax notifications through the Unified Portal of Public Services

The taxpayer will be able to receive notifications for payment of property taxes (transport, land, property tax) and personal income tax (in some cases) from the tax authority through the State Services, regardless of whether he has access to his personal account on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

To realize this possibility, it is necessary to register on the Unified Portal of State Services and send a notification about the need to receive documents from the tax authorities in electronic form in the EPGU personal account. Such notice shall be signed with an enhanced unqualified electronic signature. At the same time, the tax authorities will not send a paper notice by registered mail by mail. An exception is the situation when the taxpayer independently sent a notification through his personal account on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia about the need to receive documents in paper form, — noted in the press service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Sevastopol.

To stop receiving tax documents through the State Services portal, the taxpayer has the right to send a notification through the EPGU. The tax notification posted on the State Services portal can be paid online. The form of the tax notice has changed. Information about the possibility of obtaining payment details on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia is excluded from the notifications that will be sent out in 2023, since the document contains the information necessary to transfer the tax as a single tax payment, which makes it possible to simplify the procedure for paying taxes.
