Sevastopol residents will have more opportunities to pay for utilities

From February 2024 in Sevastopol, the functions of the Unified Information and Settlement Center will be performed by the commercial organization Digital Innovations. At the same time, at the first stage of the reorganization, city residents will be able to make payments and submit documents at the EIRC offices at their usual addresses.

In addition, from February 1, Sevastopol residents will have more opportunities to pay for housing and communal services. This can be done at all branches of the RNKB bank (there are 32 of them in Sevastopol), ATMs and self-service terminals (there are 237 of them). At the same time, the commission for paying for services through RNKB bank channels has been canceled — Internet banking, acquiring, terminals and, most importantly for the elderly population, all bank cash desks— reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

Another innovation is that the Unified Payment Document will now contain lines for calculating fees for gas supply services and maintenance of gas equipment.

Taking into account the start of operation of the new payment center, residents of Sevastopol will have the opportunity to choose — pay for utilities through a new payment agent or pay directly with service providers. Management companies can choose whether to enter into an agreement with a new organization or issue payments to service consumers themselves. At the moment, agreements have already been concluded with 16 organizations.

Also, all employees of the Unified Information and Settlement Center have been offered a job in the Digital Innovations organization.
