Sevastopol residents will rest for five days in a row

On June 16, a day off. June 14 is a non -working holiday — the day of the founding of the city of Sevastopol … and when coinciding with the weekend of a non -working holiday, the day off is transferred to the next working day,-the press service of the city government said.

As specified in the Legislative Assembly, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the law of the city «On holidays, memorable dates and other holidays of the city of Sevastopol.»

Amendments to the law were adopted by the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol in 2023. According to additions made to the document, two new days off appeared at the city: March 18 — the day of the return of the city of Sevastopol to Russia (2014) and June 14 (3) — the founding of the city of Sevastopol (1783).

The weekend is required for civil servants and employees of budget organizations.

As reported, residents of Crimea are resting from June 6 to 9 due to religious holidays. In accordance with the republican law, on June 6 in Crimea — a day off in connection with the celebration Kurban-Bayram. And on June 9, residents of the republic are resting on the occasion of the holiday Holy Trinitywhich came on Sunday, June 8.

In addition, in June, the 12th is a non -working number for all Russians. On this day, the country celebrates the state holiday — the Day of Russia. As well as a day off from Saturday, March 8, transferred to Friday, June 13. Thus, the work week in the workshop will include only two days — Tuesday and on Wednesday, June 10 and 11.
