During the week from June 24 to June 30, Sevastopol residents wrote 1,247 requests on social networks and on the «Gosuslugi. Let’s Decide Together» platform. Most often, city residents were interested in security and improvement issues. All comments were collected and analyzed by employees of the Regional Control Center.
Security became the topic of the week after the missile attack on the beach in Uchkuyevka on June 23. Sevastopol residents were interested in whether mobile shelters would appear in the city, and told in which areas the air raid alarm signal was not heard.
The warning system is currently being finalized, I have instructed Evgeny Sergeevich Gorlov to take this issue under special control and help with the integration of non-standard systems (for example, speakers and information boards installed in parks) into a single city system— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The reports were sent to the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development. The road was repaired.

There is a huge pile of rubbish with huge branches lying near and in the «Boat». Please clean it up.— asked the Sevastopol residents.

The work with citizens’ requests was discussed during a staff meeting in the Government this Monday. Mikhail Razvozhayev once again reminded about the inadmissibility of «bureaucratic football» — a situation when departments redirect people to each other to solve a problem, but do not help in any way.
I have already drawn the attention of my subordinates to the quality of responses to people that departments give on social networks. Unfortunately, not all heads of executive authorities understand that if people contact us with problems, they must be resolved and this must be done as quickly as possible. Especially if such requests concern a possible risk to people’s health. If, for objective reasons, it is not possible to resolve the problem in the near future, then this also needs to be explained. The response must be clear and understandable; engaging in formal replies and bureaucracy is unacceptable. If such cases are repeated, the responsible persons will be punished, including dismissal.the governor emphasized.
