Sevastopol's Guarantee Fund Helped Attract More Than 586 Million Rubles for Business Development

The results of the work of the Guarantee Fund of Sevastopol in January-July have been summed up. The organization provides support to the city’s entrepreneurs within the framework of the national project «Small and Medium Entrepreneurship». Thus, in the first 7 months of 2024, the Guarantee Fund concluded 21 surety agreements for a total of more than 204.7 million rubles. This allowed attracting more than 586 million rubles to Sevastopol business.
Borrowed funds are often an effective tool in the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Thanks to them, businesses get the opportunity to update existing equipment or expand their product range. As part of the work of the Guarantee Fund, SMEs and self-employed citizens are provided with preferential products, the terms of which are significantly more favorable than standard market ones, — The press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Maria Litovko.
In total, during the operation of the Sevastopol Guarantee Fund, more than 520 guarantees were provided for a total of over 2.47 billion rubles, which ensured the attraction of borrowed funds for business development in the amount of 6.6 billion rubles.
