Sevastopol's medical facilities were visited by the Governor of the city and the Minister of Health of Russia. Conclusions?

Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko held a number of visiting meetings at the current and under construction medical facilities of the city. The work program began with a bilateral meeting, at which the head of the city and the minister discussed the dynamics of healthcare development in Sevastopol. Mikhail Podvozhaev emphasized that this year the process of licensing of healthcare objects was completely completed in the city: the activities of all 120 objects were fully integrated into the legislative field of the Russian Federation.

Earlier we worked on temporary permits, but in June 2025, as provided for by law, we completely integrated the Healthcare system of Sevastopol in the normative field of the Russian Federation,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol the head of the city.

Health Minister Mikhail Murashko noted that infant mortality has decreased in Sevastopol — one of the best indicators in the country. A decrease in mortality from cardiovascular diseases was also recorded. The Minister drew attention to the organization of medical care and rehabilitation for participants in a special military operation, as well as to popularize a healthy lifestyle in Sevastopol through citywide projects — such as charging «with a wakeful morning!» And the training action for children «Learn to swim.»

I would like to note that the region actively helps participants in a special military operation. This is the provision of medical care, rehabilitation measures, psychotherapeutic assistance. The program of state guarantees provides for individual support for this category of citizens. Of course, Sevastopol perfectly understands the significance of this issue. I see how much you pay attention to this, investing in regional funds— said the minister.

During the meeting, they also talked about the problem of a shortage of medical personnel that is relevant for the city — both in the primary link and narrow -profile specialists. Recall that in 2023, at the basis of the Sevastopol State University, the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Health Territory was opened, where in the target set there are preparation of future doctors for hospitals and the clinic of the city.

Also, the governor and the Minister discussed the construction of medical institutions-clinics for 400 visits on a shift on young builders, ambulance hospitals and a medical and diagnostic building of the cancer on the Kamyshovo highway. The Minister of Health paid special attention to the need to speed up construction and such as objects, as well as issues of equipping new facilities with medical equipment.

We continue the construction of the most important facilities for the city — ambulance hospitals and oncological dispensary. The adjustment of the design documentation is completed, and we plan to complete both hospitals before the end of next year; In parallel, we are engaged in the selection of medical personnel. It will take some time to launch both hospitals into work, but in any case-this will be a very serious change in the entire Health system of Sevastopol. It will allow, in particular, to unload the first city hospital, where surgical departments are now concentrated, and begin to repair its buildings. In addition, Mikhail Albertovich promised to send experts at the ministry to help the selection of functional equipment, which will be purchased and installed in the oncological center and the ambulance hospital, — said Mikhail Pravozhaev.

They also visited the maternity hospital No. 2 — the structural unit of the city hospital No. 5 — the “Center for the Protection of Maternity and Childhood”. Overhaul and re -equipment of the institution was completed in 2021.

For seven months of 2025, 2066 births were adopted here. The institution provides medical assistance to pregnant women and women in labor, including from historical regions — under the agreement concluded between the Department of Health of Sevastopol and the Ministry of Health of the Kherson region. Within the framework of the federal project “Protection of Maternity and Childhood” of the National Project “Family” this year, the maternity hospital received new equipment, which has already been put into operation.

Despite the fact that now the middle of the year, the equipment has already been delivered and works. Such timely decision -making allows you to effectively use allocated financial resources today— emphasized Mikhail Murashko.

The governor and Minister of Health congratulated two women in labor, who recently gave birth to girls. Women appreciated the level of an updated maternity hospital.

I gave birth to a third child here. I remember how in the second birth I was pleased with the repair that was carried out here — was literally delighted when transferring to the ward! And now, when the third baby appeared, I also notice how the organization of medical care changed for the better, how comfortable it became in the hospital— shared the patient of the maternity hospital, the mother of three children Anastasia Ptashnik.

Thanks to modernization, the maternity hospital received the status of an obstetric hospital of the third level. In the future, it is planned to create a full perinatal center. For this, within the framework of the state program, repairs and re -equipment of the pipe building is carried out, the total construction readiness of which today is 85%.

In conclusion, Mikhail Razvozhaev and Mikhail Murashko visited a medical outpatient clinic in the village of Kacha. Capital repairs are completed here, patients are being taken in parallel. Earlier, the governor instructed to speed up the work and completely complete them by August 27. In the future, the rehabilitation department will be deployed in the Kachinsky outpatient clinic.
