Sevastopol schoolchildren on Teacher's Day — October 5 — will try themselves in the role of a teacher

The unique format of the largest career guidance lesson will unite schoolchildren from all over the country on October 5th.

This will allow children not only to get in touch with the profession, but will also help them to feel differently the importance of the daily feat that our teachers make for future generations, — said the head of the “Ticket to the Future” project, Ivan Esin.

The event, which will be held online, will allow schoolchildren to become not just listeners, but direct participants in the lesson.

In addition, according to his information, videos, interactive applications and online tools will help children, like real teachers, prepare and conduct a lesson, get acquainted with different teaching techniques, learn to answer unexpected questions in a virtual classroom, and even check their independent work.

At the end of the lesson, the children will be asked to print and fill out special greeting cards for Teacher’s Day and present them to their favorite teachers. This lesson will be of particular value for those students whose career guidance testing has shown their interest in the teaching profession., — notes Ivan Esin.

Also, as the head of “Ticket to the Future” said, these are not all the surprises organized by the career guidance project for Teacher’s Day. So, according to him, at the big teachers’ week, which opens on October 3 in Moscow and will become the main event of the Year of the Teacher and Mentor, the organizing committee “Ticket to the Future” installed a large multimedia cube, where everyone can find on it the facade of their school, their native subject office and see warm congratulations from the children on the board.
