Sevastopol should prepare strategic decisions of the issue with power supply on the Fiolent
Krympress reports:
The governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev at a meeting of the government instructed the first deputy Alexei Parikin to prepare possible options for strategic resolving the issue with power supply in the Fiolent.
Now on the Fiolent there is an examination of all systems, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “102 PES” of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, “Sevastopolenergo”, “Gorsvet”, the industrial safety department, electric power industry and the safety of hydraulic structures of the city is being done. Specialists bypass all STs and check the loads that occur at transformer substations. On the one hand, it is possible to identify excessive electricity consumption and prevent the decommissioning of power centers-substations No. 5.7 and 20. The second task of such extraordinary measurements of loads in all transformer substations is to determine the optimal place of installation of diesel generators.
Recall that, on behalf of the governor for the cold period, the Sevastopol government supported 102 PES with the necessary equipment and diesel generators, today another will be launched-for 1 MW in the area of SNT Karavay, in which there are a large number of houses.
Also, Mikhail Poshalzhaev instructed to put in order the schedules of temporary disconnects so that the fan shutdown would be systematically and did not create a situation when for a long time the same garden partnerships are left without power supply.
According to the results of the work, I am waiting for specific proposals to resolve the issue with power supply on the Fiolent. We will discuss with the Ministry of Defense, which is the owner of the 102 PES, and the private company Sevastopolenergo, which events should be promptly conducted, including to restore the order with the consumption or expansion of power. In addition, it is already obvious that there is a limit of the capabilities of the existing energy system, the practice of connecting to worn -out networks should be finished,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.
The governor also noted that everything regarding the ring gas pipeline that would help to change the situation on the Fiolent, taking into account the changes in the trace of the trace of the ring gas pipeline, the city will need at least two years to launch this project.
Therefore, the governor instructed to prepare faster proposals for the elimination of capacity deficiency. One of the options: a shift in the construction of a substation, which is in the state program of socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol, for an earlier period. Mikhail Razvozhaev noted that he would apply to such a proposal to the federal level.
