Sevastopol Social Fund reminds: employers in the region need to confirm the main type of economic activity

On April 17, in Sevastopol, the acceptance of documents confirming the main type of economic activity (OVED) is completed.

Employers — legal entities and their separate subdivisions are required to submit documents confirming the main type of economic activity to the SFR Branch for Sevastopol.

Please note that on April 04, 2023, the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 2022 No. 818n came into force. * In accordance with this order, policyholders must submit the following documents to the territorial body of the Fund at the place of their registration changed!):

a) an application confirming the main type of economic activity;

b) certificate confirming the main type of economic activity;

c) a copy of the explanatory note to the balance sheet for the previous year.

Sevastopol employers can do this through the admission gateway in the programs of special operators, the personal account of the insured, the Gosuslug portal, the MFC. In the case of sending documents in electronic form, they are not required to be submitted on paper.

Note that individual entrepreneurs do not confirm the main type of economic activity from accidents at work and occupational diseases.

In addition, we remind you that insurers who have not confirmed the OVED within the prescribed period will be assigned to the highest class of professional risk in accordance with the codes for the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRLE).
